If you’ve been looking for ways to process loss or emotional difficulty and have explored grief counseling, group support may be a meaningful and nonclinical alternative. While not a substitute for individualized care during a one-on-one session, group work provides a sense of belonging and shared wisdom that can be just as powerful.
All groups are inclusive and open to individuals of all backgrounds and belief systems.

Grief Group
Grieving can feel isolating, but you don’t have to go through it alone. This 8-week group offers a supportive space to explore the six types of loss and reflect on how they show up in your life. Many people discover that a single grief experience often contains multiple layers of loss, which can feel confusing or overwhelming. Naming and honoring those layers is a powerful step toward healing.
Together, we’ll explore how to hold grief in a way that doesn’t consume us—how to make space for it, learn from it, and allow it to guide us toward meaning and growth. This group is rooted in the idea that grief is not something to “fix” or “get over,” but something to walk with, gently and with compassion.
Please note: This group is not a substitute for individual processing. For deeper one-on-one work, individual sessions are available.

Shamanism as a Spiritual Practice
Shamanism is an ancient spiritual tradition based in the belief that everything—plants, animals, rocks, rivers—has a spirit and a lesson to offer. In this 8-week course, we explore the practice of journeying to spiritual realms and building relationships with helping allies from the natural and unseen world.
-Rooted in the Michael Harner lineage and adapted for all faiths and belief systems, this group explores:
-How to safely enter altered states of consciousness for spiritual insight
-Ways to identify and connect with your own helping spirits
-Tools to strengthen your relationship with nature, intuition, and inner wisdom
-Practices that complement (not replace) your personal spiritual path
This course is open to beginners and experienced seekers alike.

The Art of Presence (Book Study)
In today’s fast-paced world, learning to “just be” can feel nearly impossible. In this 6-week book study, we read and reflect on The Practice of the Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle, exploring how presence can bring peace, clarity, and reconnection with your Essence—the deep, grounded self that exists beyond roles, labels, thoughts, or fear.
This group will help you:
-Cultivate awareness of your thoughts and emotions without being ruled by them
-Practice presence in daily life
Reconnect with your true self in moments of stillness

Weekly Meditation (Free & Ongoing)
Every Thursday at 7 PM (EST), we gather online for collective meditation. This weekly practice helps you connect not only with your own stillness, but with others around you. We meditate on behalf of each other, our communities, and the planet.
No prior experience is necessary. This is a gentle, accessible space for anyone seeking inner calm and spiritual connection.
